the bathroom sink was not deep clean, we uses personal clorine wipes to clean our bathroom our self..the clorax wipes were very dirty went we clean our bathroom.

Location wise a bit awake but the hotel is fab. They upgrade me to a mini suite. Wonderful. Quiet … well .. at least is not near Soi 6 or Walking street. Close to terminal 21. I will stay there again

This hotel is not a holiday hotel. It mainly caters for bus tours. Hence there is no restaurant facility for ordinary guests except for the a la carte menu. Also book your breakfast with Expedia at 450 baht for two people, the hotel charges 500 baht per person!! The pool is cold as it doesn’t get much sun. The hotel’s location is good for restaurants and shops, but beach is a good 15 min walk.

When we arrived at 2pm for check in we were told that we would have to wait 30 minutes for cleaning. An hour later we were taken to the room, however the keys didn’t work. Another delay. There were no towels, another delay of about 45 minutes. Then to top it off the safe didn’t work and had the wait about an hour for maintenance to fix. The shower would run scalding hot, then cool as well.

Good hotel

Hotel is new and a room is spacious. The decoration is modern. But the location is little far away. If you would like to set GPS to this hotel， you should set Airaya Palace Hotel instead of M Pattaya, then just go to a road between Airaya Palace Hotel and Family Mart.

Das Hotel ist neuwertig, jedoch mit Baumängeln (z B Badfliesen und Holzimitat am Boden nass sehr rutschig, Wasserabfluss im Bad!) Vom Restaurant Besuch haben uns unzivilisierte asiatische Reisegruppen abgehalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den besten Eindruck zu machen.

職員態度親切有禮，酒店有停車場自駕遊十分方便，由酒店步行出大馬路亦只需數分鐘，酒店附近沒什麼好逛的，乘搭交通工具去Terminal 21亦只是5-8分鐘，至於房間乾淨舒適，三人房的雙人床也很夠大，廁所夠大有淋浴丶有浴缸，可惜冇牙刷提供，整體上也非常滿意

Nice hotel; just a bit confusing to find

Very nice hotel however wished it was along a major road. To find this hotel you had to enter via alleyway which made it look sketchy however all in all wonderful experience very nice hotel to stay in!
