Surprisingly as service in Thailand often is mediocre. She went above and beyond to get out of our reservation and concerned about our complains. She upgraded us for free to a beautiful newer room, but it had black mold. Our original booking was for a Studio (Triple) but after we settled into the room we realized the air conditioning was not working. After notifying the front desk the maintenance man was there within minutes to troubleshoot, When he determined it would take too long to repair we had to change rooms but they gave us an upgrade Suite for the rest of our stay. Breakfast buffet was good and unlike most places they stayed open til 11am. The hotel was hard to find because it is kind of out of the way of main roads. Staff was friendly, pool and gym was good.
