Overall an excellent property, but !!
Everything was excellent, other than jacuzzi unusable due to massive leak, we booked this property because of the jacuzzi, it wasnt a sudden fault, this was known before hand ,thus felt we should have been informed, its a 10/10 property if this is resolved, worth checking before booking.

Awesome accommodations! This was the perfect location for my trip to Pattaya. The condo was close enough to gain access to the beach, restaurants, and many activities in and around Pattaya. Our host was superb, if I had a question, she was able to respond almost immediately. Ayo, the property manager, was exceptional. She took great care of me while staying here. When I return to Pattaya, this will be my first choice. There are no complaints from me, only accolades!

stayed on second level and climb 15 stairs negative. but the villa was as advertised and the daily service was the best i ever had!!!!!!!!!!!. orv the lady that did the cleaning had a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. wonderful stay will visit soon. the taxi service was so easy to access and took us all over. wonderful trip.

Everytime!
I truly hope to stay at that this beautiful villa everytime I stay in Pattaya(I will be back!!!). The place was kept very well and we were treated wonderfully. The only problem what finding the place. It didn't seem like a lot of taxi drivers knew exactly how to find the place. but once I pinned it my phone we were all set. 5 star place that I would recommend to anyone!!!

This property is exactly as advertised. Communication with the host both prior to my stay and during my vacation was fantastic. There is an onsite staff that provides cleaning and is an excellent resource to ask questions or ask for help. The property itself is located in a great area. There are plenty of restaurants with American, Mexican, Indian, Italian and of course Thai cuisines and if you are into street food plenty of options all over the place. Grocery stores ranging from convenience stores to full fledged grocery stores and pharmacies are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Walking Street is about a 15 to 20 minute walk with both motorcycle and conventional taxis readily available around the property. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Staying in Pattaya Thailand, this whole trip and staying in the apartment was excellent the location is just super because it’s a dead-end street no traffic really really quiet the whole apartment was just super clean the housekeeper Rose was so helpful with everything a great restaurant right down the street walking to it also 7-Eleven close by

I really enjoyed staying at this villa. The location was great, not too far away from walking street. The place looks just like the pictures. Joy was very responsive and also set up transportation for us to and from the airport. The place was also guest friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect in every way.
This apartment is as beautiful as the photos show. It is quiet which can be an issue in Pattaya. Just superb value for money. Cleaner baby sat for us (for a few baht extra). She was lovely. Great service from Martin.Wouls stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Villa!
This villa is beautiful. Everything is very clean and modern. The neighborhood is quiet, yet still close to all the action. Maid service was excellent as well. You can't go wrong renting from Martien. He's on top of everything from beginning to end and is available to assist with any issues you might have, although I didn't have any. I would definitely stay here again when in Pattaya. Thanks Martien!

Best Experience that I Could Have Asked For as a First Time Renter!
I was completely blown away by this rental property! I had never used HomeAway before, so I didn't know what to expect. I read dozens of reviews for this villa and this seemed like the best quality in the area for my husband and I to stay for our honeymoon. First off, the customer service was amazing! From the day that I sent my first inquiry email to the minute we left after our stay, Martien was 100% responsive and always answered promptly. He made us feel special from day one and even had rose petals, wine, and candles set up around the villa for our special occasion! He met us on the first day to walk through with us and tell us about the area, provided some snacks and water for us to enjoy before having to head to the market, and then came again on the last day to say goodbye. He also emailed to make sure things were ok during the stay. The villa was beyond beautiful. The pictures don't do it any justice! It was so well-maintained and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the place every day, and she was also such a sweetheart! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to markets, restaurants, and tons of other stores/services, but it was still secluded and quiet. We also walked to the famous Walking Street and Beach Road when we wanted to hang out at night, have a sit down dinner by the water or take a ferry to Koh Larn etc. Pattaya and the surrounding area was filled with plenty of things to do. In addition to various places on Beach Road and Walking Street, we went to the Elephant park, Jomtien Beach, Koh Larn beach, Central Festival mall, Art in Paradise museum and even spent a day in Bangkok to see the Grand Palace and Big Budda statue. Our favorite restaurant near the property was Tigglebitties. They served all types of food like American, Mexican, Thai and the customer service was great. Drinks were awesome too. Overall, this villa was exactly as advertised, even better than expected. The surrounding locals were friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was nearby and it was very easy to catch a taxi or motorbike when we wanted to venture out. Prices were very affordable. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks Martien for such a wonderful first experience!

Fantastic accommodation, great location and an all round brilliant holiday!
I can't praise this place enough! Arriving late at night, we were met at the villa by the owner himself, who showed us round. Martien even arranged our taxi transfer from the airport, so no hassle for us. The villa is spacious, very modern and exceptionally clean. Travelling with a 1yr old, we had a cot waiting and set up ready for us arriving. Two big rooms, both with ensuite bathrooms were fab! We really had everything and the kitchen had everything you need, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer etc. The cleaning lady does such a good job, cleaning 6 days a week, towels changed daily for fresh ones and not one single complaint from us! Martien, the owner was really helpful, we had no issues and he advised on local places to visit and was always on the end of an email/phone call should we have needed anything. He met us on check out, helped carry cases to the taxi and our damage deposit was refunded within 3 days of us leaving the villa. Location is great, there is a cheap Indian restaurant right opposite, with a local shop 5 mins walk too. We bought fruit daily from a local lady around the corner and taxis were easily available from the main road, 5 mins walk if that. We walked into the centre of Pattaya a few times, talking us around 30mins to walking street and the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We had a great time in Pattaya and at the villa and would definitely recommend the area to family and friends who were looking to travel to Thailand. Thanks again!

Alles war so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag von der gleichen Reinigungskraft gereinigt, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man schmutzige Kleidung hatte, war es kein Problem für die Reinigungskraft sich darum zu kümmern, sie brachte die schmutzige Kleidung in einer Reinigung (sehr günstig)und bekam sie 1 Tag später wieder zurück. Der Urlaub war traumhaft, das Penthouse sehr schön und groß, Küche genial mit großem Kühlschrank. Nächstes Jahr ist schon geplant......ich komme wieder :-)

Everything was very very good...
We stay in this Penthouse for 15 days! At our arrive at the hotel Joy was there give us the keys and shows us everything we have to know! If we had any problems or things we need she was always helping us as fast as possible! The pictures don't look like the penthouse looks like! In real it's better! I can't say anything bad! I will come back and stay in this penthouse again that's sure!

Very nice house in a good location and perfect service on top of that!
We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is really amazing. Bedrooms are spacious, each one having its individual bathroom and the Thai style decoration is very nice. Equipment is complete and great (Internet wifi, micro-wave, TV in all bedrooms, Music player, fridge...). The terasse with the Jacuzzi is super... Location is great as it is very quiet but at the same time at walking distance from the heart of Pattaya city. You can walk to the beachfront road or to the famous “walking street”. Martien has provided excellent support and the maids were very friendly and efficient. Nearby the house you can find many small shops, laundry service, small restaurants, Taxis … If you like to enjoy nice, quiet and clean beaches I recommend renting a car to go to places like “Nang Rong” or Nang Ram” around 40km from Pattaya, on the way to Rayong (Managed by Thai Navy/ Access by car costs 20 THB per day). We will come again!
