Our usual choice was unavailable, so we, two couples, stayed at Arcadia Mansion. The level of customer service at reception was atrocious. Both of our parties had seperate disagreements with different reception staff, making both groups unhappy. One of the reception staff let down the tires on our car. That’s how bad this place is. It is a shame, because, while the hotel is run down, it has potential, if better managed.
