The next morning I needed assistance to sort things out and the lady manager at reception was very helpful and organised for Shu (Porter) to take me to the appropriate shops to sort things out which I did straight away and I was able to get money. The gentleman cleaner on the floor was always willing to assist and give water also, they help without asking for anything in return. The bad is that there are no facilities to heat your food up in room or even downstairs, I understand not everyone requires a microwave but if I want food heated downstairs then I should not feel like I am asking for a big thing like i felt I did so I never asked again. Also if I am there for 6 days then I should have my 12 bottles of water in my fridge as agreed not 2 a day because I missed one day and when I tried to get a bottle as I was leaving I was told no by the young girl at reception because I was checking out and I couldn’t be bothered to say I didn’t receive water on one of the days. Otherwise there are great places to eat within 500 metres down the road 24 hours a day and well priced with a 7/11, retailers, hairdressers and taxis all around. I will definately be coming back.
