"Fantastic Hotel. Served over 200, almost 300 folks quickly and get us settled in after a day at Dollywood. Breakfast was clean, quick, and delicious. Great stay for the price! Did have some loud neighbors with little ones late, but called the office and they said security would come help enforce quiet hours. Super staff and property was spotless! Needed extra towels and we got them! Maids were the sweetest and ready and willing to help with any need."

"The location is amazing! Very convenient for old mill and trolley system. Breakfast was good we were in an older room and the only complaint was the phone did not work and the shower head was very short and the shower controller (on/off, hot/cold) was so low to the ground I had to use my feet to control it. "

"Room was decent with a nice view of the creek. I did not realize that there were two buildings which is fine but the second building is across the creek. We had to drive over to breakfast which is fine for us but other people may not like that. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were watery and no bagels. The best part was the biscuits. Tried to get apple juice and it came out as water. I have been in way worse hotels so this one was a good stay for a few nights minus the breakfast. "
