Stain on bedhead when brought to their attention they cleaned it. Fell asleep first night with 1 of the bed lights on as could not locate the light switch, when i brought to their attention she came and showed me that you need to pull the bed out and it is hidden behind the bedhead! (this is something that should have been shown to me when i checked into the room). I was on the 5th floor the rooms are all so close to one another. You could here when your neighbour was having sex as well as when there was a dispute between partners. There is a phone in the room, but it is not to call downstairs so you need to constantly go down stairs if you need something (like them not topping up your coffee when they clean your room). Or when there was an argument in one of the rooms and the lady was crying and screaming you could not call downstairs to bring it to their attention. No complaints with accommodation as room had everything I needed as well as daily maid service. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to know anything. You can book excursions through reception if you wish. Excellent location close to main nightlife however I never heard much noise. You can get breakfast in the hotel across the road however we opted to eat outwith the hotel.
