Arriving we were greeted with a plate of fruit in our room when i moved the menu next to it a roach ran out. after qe removed the plastic later that day small roaches started coming out onto the table. There was also mold in the shower and our room balcony faced a shack they was not appealing to the eye where different men would come and go throughout the day. The hotel surprised us with beautiful decorations and a huge fruit plate in our room for our wedding anniversary trip. Wifi is also very good. The only setback is that the free shuttle is limited to 5 scheduled times. It would be great if they provide it on demand. Another setback is that the shower heater is not consistent. It can suddenly turn very hot or very cold during a shower. Breakfast is also only average compared to Phuket Graceland. Otherwise, love the view!
