"Pros: El apartamento y las vistas que tiene
Cons: La limpieza ya que estaba muy justa. El apartamento olía a tabaco concentrado y no se fue el olor en los 10 días, los cojines la ropa de cama,etc..
Se supone, según informacion del propio apartamento que dispone de piscina compartida pero no es así, no la pudimos disfrutar porque es de una propiedad privada sin acceso desde la propia comunidad y había que pagar 15€ de hamaca + 40€ de consumicion mínima para poder utilizarla."

"We previously stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return again this year. The hotel offers nice self-catering apartments that are comfortable, well equipped and ideal for a relaxing stay. There is also an onsite SPAR shop, which is very convenient for picking up daily essentials fresh pastries and ice cream. I would happily return again in the future. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Hotel is excellent the rooms are a good size with a lovely balcony with a sea view. My only gripe was no air conditioning in the room/Bedroom it's was extremely hot and hard to sleep comfortably. However the hotel is excellent with a great pool and plenty of sun beds. I can see us coming here again. The fishing Village of Arguineguin is only 1K away an easy walk.

Lovely apartment
Staff very helpful and hard working.
Complex very clean with good facilities.
Would have been great if the pool restaurant could have catered for coeliacs - the supermarket on site did have gluten free food.

This hotel in a very good location on a short walk from the shopping centre and a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel room is really nice and we even had a jacuzzi. All the staff was really nice and me and my husband couldn't be happier to be staying in there.

We really enjoyed our stay. All our hotel requests were granted and our suite was divine. The hotel is in a convenient position overlooking the marina (great for various boat trips) and close to the excellent beach. There is also a large bus station nearby from which other parts of the island (including the capital, Las Palmas) are accessible.
Unfortunately, Puerto Rico itself is a victim to tourism and the indoor shopping centre should be avoided, unless you enjoy Irish bars and English...

having stayed at Sunsuites for 12 times in past 7 years I believe that will tell you what I think about the apartments. They have upgraded the apartments in the past year and this has certainly enhanced the visitor experience. Ideally situated being very close to the main commercial centre but still in a very quiet location

2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Our room was secluded from the main walk way with a private patio and garden with a beautiful sea view. The rooms were cleaned twice during the week and the bed linen changed once. The air con is ceiling fans, but the windows in the bedroom had metal shutters, so opening the window and closing the shutter meant air circulation was not a problem. The room was advertised as bath tub only, but a combination bath/shower tap and shower curtain was provided. There was...

We only wanted a little 5 night break, we normally do book all inclusive but decided self catering as only there for a short time, we arrived midday and our room was ready and what a suprise we had, over looking the pool, lovely big balcony with sunbeds to relax on if not wanting to go to the pool, the apartment itself was lovely and bright, 1 bedroom and bathroom and a sofa bed ( that was the only let down) it was rock solid unfortunately, this could easily be fixed with a topper that they use...
