Some of the late night and early morning staff on Monday and Tuesday shifts at the front desk were not friendly. Requested for water bottles, and they never delivered to our room. The property is good because it’s convenience to get to NYC. The parking is not easy and, it’s expensive.

Everything was terrific and I thought the free breakfast buffet was substantial and well presented. Plasticware is very cheap and bendy, however, and i would have preferred real stainless steel.

"The facility lost water around 4pm there waa none for the rest of the night. When it came back on the was no hot water for the rest of the day. Checked on the next morning. Facility is fine, the staff is very friendly. I dont think the loss of water or lack of hot water is common there."
