for a 3 days 2 nights stay in the big city. The location was another plus since we just had to cross a major street to get to a mall that houses several fancy cafes and restaurants. "The room general cleanliness is ok but I think the cleaning service can be improved. Some items were not replaced (bathroom floor mat), soap, some not cleaned, cabinet door not closed after cleaning. Water ponding after shower initially as the water trap filter was clot but the maintenance person arrive soon to resolve it. The swimming pool and gym was great. "

"Highly recommended hotel. Look no further… book this hotel if you want a wonderful stay in BGC. The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, many variety. Nice pool& hot tub too. The room is very spacious , we stayed in one bedroom suite. The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor. It was coming off and I tripped on it. The room smelled musty at times...
