Clean, spacious, walkable to train, park, visitor highlights. On check out we saw the reception area and it was super cute with coffee, cozy seating for breakfast and relaxing. The property is gated and feels very safe. There was a booklet on the desk with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. It was close to the train station. We were welcomed to our room early which gracious due to our train getting in ahead of check in time. The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. Upon our arrival, we were met by the two lovely ladies that run this B&B, who allowed us to check in early so that we could drop off our luggage and begin to explore Parma. The property is upscale, beautiful and comfortable AND only minutes from everything Parma has to offer. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. The water dispenser equipped with sparkling water became a regular stop. We had an early check-out and the owners offered to prepare a boxed breakfast for us. So sweet and appreciated! Overall a great place to hang your hat while visiting Parma. Excellent rooms and service. It is very close to the train station. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to central Parma. The first 5 minutes of the walk are through a kind of sketchy area. So just knkw that when you book. Room was large, comfy, private, nicely decorated, quiet and well- equipped. Private & secure parking on the courtyard adjacent to the room. Breakfast was SUPERB - quality fresh ingredients and great price. Owner was friendly & polite. A quick walk into town where there are fab bars and restaurants. 1 min walk to the train station - we travelled to the Ferrari museums in Modena which took approx 30 mins with a 5 min walk from Modena at the other end ( train was clean, comfy & tickets very cheap).
