La jeune femme qui nous a accueillis était très aimable mais quand nous lui avons fait constater que la plupart des lampes ne fonctionnaient pas bien (faux-contacts permanents) et qu'il y avait une odeur épouvantable dans la salle de bains, elle nous a dit qu'elle l'avait "signalé à l'équipe de nettoyage » et avait l'air sincèrement désolée. Nous avons constaté que l'équipement de l'appartement était indigent : 3 fourchettes et assiettes pour 5 personnes, une minuscule machine à café, pratiquement aucun ustensile de cuisine pour préparer ne serait-ce qu’un casse-croûte... La puanteur dans la salle de bains, sans doute causée par des problèmes de de tuyauterie, n'a jamais disparu.Nous avons signalé tout cela par écrit au gestionnaire qui nous a promis de "revenir vers nous très vite", mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse à notre réclamation et à notre demande écrite d’un geste commercial malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques où nous sommes tombés sur un répondeur. Cette désinvolture est tout à fait choquante et nous prévenons les personnes éventuellement intéressées par ce logement qu'ils devront sans doute s'attendre à des surprises. ##### Bernard M.
