The location alone will take your breath away. This thoughtfully designed and just-built home has all the high-end finishes you'll appreciate in a once-in-a-lifetime find. It offers a spacious great room perfect for entertaining or nestling at home. The living space includes a contemporary gas fireplace, a large dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops. The living space also opens to a large, fenced and tree-lined back yard with heated patios unique for Old Town. The master bedroom boasts some of the best views of the home with a private deck and a master bath with marble counter tops, heated floors and a soaker tub. There are also three other bedrooms in the home and a large office space that can convert to a private bedroom — all with 5 beautifully designed private bathrooms. The home has a heated driveway, air conditioning and radiant heat in all bathrooms, the first level and the garage (garage not available to renters).
