It is very close to Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons mountain resorts with Alta, Snowbird and Solitude about 40min away for skiing during winter and mountain biking, hiking during summer.

Park City has a fantastic vibe with its restaurants, bars and shopping. It is also the host for the annual Sundance movie festival.

There are summer trails and hikes galore here.

Salt Lake City international airport is an easy 30min drive on.the freeway.
