"The first room the lights were out in that part of the hotel it had to be swapped to another room. Muffin was stail, coffee was awful. Half the doors are broken had to walk around to get in. Outside doors to the rooms dont open with key card."

"Got a room for four people and there were only two towels in the room. Was told to use the room towels for the pool and they might be able to give me a couple more. The bathroom door was too big for the frame so it didn’t close at all. The toilet was clogged from who ever stayed there previously. ..."
