  • Elegant Parisian apartment located in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris right by the City island on the Dauphine Square one block away from the Pont Neuf.
    The building dates from the 17th century and has been fully renovated in the early 2020’s.

    The apartment is on the the 4th floor ( US fifth ) with elevator. It is oriented south and overlooks the Dauphine Square therefore very quiet ( outside curtains on all the windows ).

    Saint Germain des Près, Le Marais and the Latin Quarter districts are your neighbours.

    The interior is decorated with a lot of African art :

    – Living room with sofa and armchairs.

    – Bedroom with a full FULL SIZE BED and a desk space.

    – Modern bathroom with a confortable shower and toilet.

    – Kitchen with all necessary appliances.

    Altogether 55 square meters of comfort, in an excellent location,  ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Paris !

    Arrival fee could be required on week days and also on saturdays and sundays.
