In the heart of Paris, an apartment with a balcony-terrace!

  • This quiet and comfortable 35 m² apartment is located between the picturesque Parisian areas of Mouffetard and Butte-aux-Cailles. All shops are nearby, as well as buses to reach the main Parisian museums and tourist sites. Lunch can be enjoyed on the balcony-terrace, overlooking the residence's private garden, which features a rooftop pool and overlooks a large, wooded park on the other side. The apartment has two rooms: a bedroom/living room (with a 1.20 m bed, a dining area, and even a piano!), and a small, bright, and quiet office. The bathroom is quite spacious, equipped with a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. A closet and wardrobe are provided for guests' use.
