Location wise is good as several metro nearby. Convenient for various sightseeing and many restaurants/coffee. However the room height around two meters and difficult for tall guys. Also suggest they provide hand towels and enough shower gels during guests stay.

Nuestra estadía en París fue excelente. La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: llegamos caminando desde la estación de tren y en los alrededores hay numerosos restaurantes, supermercados y comercios. Además, está muy bien conectado, lo que nos permitió recorrer gran parte de la ciudad caminando o utilizando el metro, tren y autobús, con paradas muy cercanas. El departamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos publicadas. Se encuentra en muy buen estado general, con un living cómodo y una habitación muy amplia y confortable. Cuenta con bastante espacio de guardado y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía agradable. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y funcionaba correctamente. El check-in fue muy sencillo y práctico. Recibimos instrucciones claras y precisas, y las llaves estaban disponibles en un locker en la entrada del edificio, lo que facilitó muchísimo nuestra llegada. En definitiva, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía. Sin dudas, si volvemos a París, elegiríamos nuevamente este alojamiento. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La comunicación con el propietario nula, nos dijo q habría alguien esperando si llegamos antes de las 14.00 y no había nadie. Perdimos mucho tiempo buscando las llaves y abriendo. El apartamento estaba bien pero la entrada de la escalera estaba toda llena de ropa ,zapatos, mantas....por el suelo daba una imagen horrible.
