Please note: This property is rented under a mobility lease. (The rental period must be between 1 and 10 months.)
A mobility lease must be signed between the host and the tenant before each arrival.
Please note that the tenant must carry home insurance for the entire duration of their stay. (We can assist you with this process.)

-Lost or forgotten keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveller is at fault, the traveller will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Items Left Behind
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveller requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
