* Noise from the stairwell can be heard in the studio. The comings and goings of neighbours and other occupants of the building are audible, including late in the evening and at night. Light sleepers may be bothered.
* The studio is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get very hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, near Sentier and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in a clean, well-appointed 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio with a small private terrace.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
