Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet : One toilet separate from the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift. A shared laundry is available on the ground floor.

* At 60 m² (646 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for four. With six guests, four of them sleep on the two double sofa beds in the living room, which also holds the dining table and the open kitchen: the space then becomes tight for six.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, in a bright apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift, with comfortable beds and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
