Toilets: Two toilets are available, one integrated into the bathroom and the other separate, offering optimum convenience.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not in the main building: you reach it through a shopping arcade and then a narrow passage, and a steep, narrow outdoor metal staircase leads up to the first floor, with no lift. Carrying luggage up takes some effort, and access is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
* The bathtub has no shower screen or curtain: it is hard to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 75 m² (807 sq ft) of air-conditioned space, quiet despite being steps from the Champs-Élysées, a 2-minute walk from Franklin D. Roosevelt metro station (lines 1 and 9), with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
