A 28 m² studio on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, laid out as follows:

- 1 Living area with a double sofa bed and TV, to unwind after your days in Paris
- 1 Small dining table with 2 chairs
- 1 Equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine)
- 1 Recently fitted bathroom, with everything you need to get ready
- 1 Separate toilet, outside the bathroom

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron.

Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* You will sleep on a double sofa bed in the main room. Once unfolded, it fills almost all of it: to reach the window or the toilet, you need to step over it. If you would like a proper separate bedroom, please bear this in mind.
* On the first floor, the studio faces the street, next to a café. Outside activity can be heard from inside, especially in the evening. If you are a light sleeper, please bear this in mind.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be staying right in the Marais, a short walk from Rambuteau and Hôtel de Ville stations, in a spotlessly kept studio with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
