Main room: A convivial space with a double sofa bed, TV screen and modern decor for relaxing moments after your city tours.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and all the necessary amenities.

Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, Wi-Fi included, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, inside a residential complex. To reach it, you go through several shared areas and several coded doors, and up and down stairs. The route is impractical with large suitcases and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
* The studio is not air-conditioned and has little air circulation. In summer, it can get hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet corner of the 12th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the metro and shops, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio for two, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
