Very nice 82 sqm apartment with Air Conditioning, offering two bedrooms for 6 people overlooking an interior courtyard in the heart of the Marais in a bourgeois building, on the 1st floor with lift:





The apartment consists of:





• A living room with sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a rug, an HD TV, an internet connection. Courtyard windows





• A dining area with a table and 6 chairs.





• A kitchen equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, appropriate crockery and kitchen utensils.





• Adjoining the first bedroom is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a sink, a hairdryer. WC. Under roof glass.





• A first bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a chair and dressing room. Lit on the second day.





• A second bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a chair and dressing room. Rear window

The property had rodent droppings on the sofa bed and under the kitchen sink. Upon inspecting the unit further, we also found mouse traps and rodent repellents, which clearly indicates an ongoing infestation. This is absolutely not suitable for a rental property.Although the sofa was cleaned and disinfected after we reported the issue, we arrived late at night and had no choice but to sleep in the unit while the strong disinfectant smell lingered throughout the entire property.The following day, additional rodent droppings were found under the kitchen sink, along with more mouse traps, confirming that the issue was ongoing. This was a traumatic experience for me and my children.It is evident that the host was aware of this problem prior to our stay. We were moved to a different property the next day. To be fair, the host was responsive and did address our concerns.It’s unfortunate because the property itself is truly beautiful, and I sincerely hope this issue is fully resolved before it is rented out again.

Communication with the property team was consistently prompt from the moment we booked. Romain who checked us in was fabulous, and always available if we had a random question or two during our stay. The area is fabulous! And the apartment itself was perfect for my family of 5 (3 grown kids). They loved the area night life too for the 20 somethings. As for the Scarlett itself it has great amenities and very clean. We didn’t see any signs of rodents droppings as a previous reviewer suggested (and we’re from New York City so we are accustomed to some rodent issues in cities). But during our stay absolutely nothing. I would highly recommend this or other properties they offer! They are my new resource when I am back in Paris!

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Das große Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Zwei schöne Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bad. Eine komplette Küche und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Dazu kommt die zentrale Lage im Marais. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Biosupermarkt und um die Ecke, die berühmt berüchtigten Bäcker. Ebenfalls gibt es schöne Restaurants und man kann auch gut durch die Straßen flanieren. Die Übergabe ging zügig und unkompliziert. Wir mussten nicht warten. Die Wohnung ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
