    Enjoy staying in the heart of the 9th arrondissement with this modern 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



    The Space:

    Welcome to this modern 44 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Lazare in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



    Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



    The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

    Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



    Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



    Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



    Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



    Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



    Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Opéra Garnier is close by, as are the department stores of Boulevard Haussmann. It’s a versatile, well-connected neighbourhood that suits both business and leisure stays.

The apartment is in an excellent location, particularly for transportation throughout the city. Multiple Metro and RER lines are literally right outside the building and it is a quick short trip to most places. The location is also good if you like to shop given that the major department stores are a block away. What it lacks is a neighborhood feel despite it being very busy outside. The apartment faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet and it looks out on a green courtyard. The place was clean and comfortable. It is pretty basic though. The kitchen was fine. The bed was good. The bathroom was a bit old. There was a leak of water on the floor from the bidet but they fixed it quickly after I notified them. It isn't the nicest place but it met all my needs, the communication was excellent, entry was easy. Price was reasonable.

The location of this property is great. You are close walking distance to the metro, train station, groceries, restaurants and pubs. Picking up the keys were close by, but watch the video they send to find the actual location of the entrance to the flat or you will have difficulty finding it. The apartment itself needs updating, the photos in the listing do not show the wear and tear of this unit. The laminate in the bathroom is peeling and warping everywhere from water. When you take a shower the water leaks out on the sink area and sprays outside the shower area due to lack of proper shield. It was apparent that previous guest had the same issues due to the water damage. You could not use the microwave unless you literally picked it up and moved it to another location where there was actually an outlet. Overall, the kitchen itself was very outdated as well. In the bedroom, there's an exposed electrical outlet, the TV did not work, the bed and pillows we're very uncomfortable. I ended up using a towel and t-shirts to make my own pillow with their pillowcase. Our last two days the elevator broke down. We had to bring our luggage down from the second floor via the stairs. We will say that the host was very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had.

Die Wohnung hatte eine wunderbare Lage, zentral und in der Nähe von Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Sie war sauber und warm, das Bett und die Bettdecke waren sehr gut. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
