  • A spacious, bright, fully renovated 140 m² house. Located 200 m from the RER B train station, 5 stops from Notre-Dame and the center of Paris. Direct connection from Roissy CDG airport to the house. Free parking on the avenue and surrounding streets. Small private garden. Garage for 6 or 7 bikes. Bike path in front of the house, 20 minutes from Parc de Sceaux by bike. There is a small park right in front of the house, and down the steps you will find a small supermarket. There is also an organic store, “La Vie Claire,” up the avenue on the left. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the shopping center; there should be discount cards in the house.
