(We can assist you with this process).<br><br>- Lost or forgotten keys<br>Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.<br>After 8:00 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.<br>If a locksmith is required and the traveller is at fault, the traveller will be fully responsible for the costs.<br><br>-Items Left Behind<br>We accept no liability for items left behind in the apartment.<br>If an item is found and the traveller requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
