Works fine for a well priced stay near CDG of course. Nice amenities and staff. Our room was quite dated and in a bit of disrepair - everything worked, just not in great condition. Decent beds.

We really enjoyed using the pool. They give you the fresh towels each time without asking room numbers and the staffs are very pleasant. Breakfast was very good quality, tasty n again, staffs are very pleasant. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Great hotel close to the airport. They really go above the expected for families. The play area in the lobby, colouring in the rooms. Staff was pleasant, check in was smooth. Beds were comfy. Would return.

The check-in staff was nice, but the house cleaning stuff was very unhelpful. We keep having to ask for our room to be cleaned n thing like towels, water and for the garbage to be disposed of and they kept telling us that breakfast was not included in our stay. I thought it was but I could be wrong, so we got no breakfast for the days we were there. The gym was nice to work out at the pool was nice to look at , the water at the pool was too cold in my opinion. The bar was nice and chill to be at but no vybez. And un fortunately the free shuttle schedule time did not align with my landing and takeoff timing.

Hotel, hallways, and room smell good. Room is basic but good. It was clean but I removed one star because there was a lot of black on the grout in the shower and the glass partition did not keep the water off the floor. We had one large and one small towel per person. There was hand soap, body soap, and shampoo provided, no conditioner. Bed was comfortable but had a plastic lining under the sheet that made me sweaty. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were good. The kids enjoyed the play area.

Average for hotel near airport. Clean and near airport are best things about it. Breakfast is overcharged >20€ with limited menu. Asked at front desk where to pay for it and directed to pay at hotel restaurant. Went to buffet 65 mins before closing to have hot eggs. After I paid, found there were no eggs and it would be 15 mins and I would be notified. When eggs arrived on buffet, no one alerted me and the eggs were cold. Spoke with Manager who said I had to wait 5-10 mins again if I wanted hot eggs, but I had an engagement. Went to front desk with my concern and they said they could not help because I paid at restaurant and to take it up with restaurant Manager again. Was told that we did bring hot eggs. It is not our problem you couldn’t wait. No recompensation. Also had room attendant knock on door even though do not disturb sign out. Was asked if we had checked out. It was 10:30a, check out at noon. Amenities lacking. Conference room set up confusing with average snack and lunch offerings. It’s ok if you just want a bed. It’s about 1/2 mile walk to town with small shops. Definitely recommend the walk if you want good food with good service.

3 night stay great location

Good stay, good service happy with cleaning standards, could have done with extra bed as two teenage daughters had to share a bed, also some vending machines for snacks would have been good 😊 and lastly parking charge of £15 per night is bad
