Room was decent. Bathroom was very poor. Toilet smell like urine all the time. Was disgusting. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room service left trash behind.
Location is great.
The rooms were clean. The breakfast was large with lots of choices. We liked the bar, you could get a light meal there if you wanted. The room was a bit warm for our liking. We could not get it to cool off enough. That was a common complaint that we heard from other guests as well. We went in mid April. Otherwise we liked the property. Only 129 yards to the Eiffel Tower. Amazing location.
Hotel is older, room is smaller than expected; but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect and the price is very reasonable.
The room was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. This was my first, but not my last, visit to Paris and I would definitely use this hotel again. Location was perfect.
The rooms were nice and clean. Steps away from the Eiffel tower, lots of cafes and restaurants.
The staff were excellent before and during our stay. They were able to put our 2 rooms on right next to each other.
The rooms were clean and ready to enjoy. The toilet was separate from the tub and sink. This was something we were not accustomed to but it was fine.
We didn't use parking but it seems that there was access to some on site.
The breakfast was not included but it was a good buffet option for a family with 2 teenagers. 20 euros each.
The property was clean inside and out. There was always someone at the desk and security around. So we felt very secure.
