Though rooms are generally small in Paris, i.e., 12x12, the space is well used. The breakfast offerings are superb and the dining area is well lit and spacious.

The hotel is well decorated, small room- as expected. Breakfast was delicious. The dining room was a bit dark. The location is convenient, close to two metro stations, many bakeries and restaurants around. Staff was helpful.

Great location for exploring, multiple metro stations short walks away. Clean, modern, fairly spacious rooms. No hot tub on the roof when we were there but maybe it was out of season. Quiet location/rooms. Friendly staff and straight forward check in and out.

Property located on construction street, however 2-3 minutes from cafes, shopping area, overall good spot. Would I come back —no. Our room had mildew odor, very high tub -not safe.

Property is average and does not qualify as a 4 star. Rooms and bathrooms were very tiny though they were clean. The bar was closed for most of our stay though the receptionist was very kind to make us drinks and bring to our room. That was the only good thing about this hotel. Location is far from most of the sightseeing attractions and we were often stuck in traffic returning to the hotel. Would likely stay in another part of town next time.

Overall - the hotel is very good - convenient location between a few metro stations, 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, clean and we loved that the window can be opened. The staff definitely need some sort of training. They tried their best to be helpful but we could see their inexperience. I would consider staying here again in the future though - the convenience is unbeatable.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we had connecting rooms 207 & 208. They are superb, very comfortable, very clean & have great air-conditioning units. Location is perfect, with a metro station just a few hundred metres away. All the staff that we met at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, but we'd like to give very special mentions to both Samuel & Kevin who were incredibly helpful and went above & beyond during our stay. A credit to you both & a very big thank you from our whole family. If we ever go to Paris again, we'd definitely stay at Hotel Wallace!

Really nice hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The neighborhood is not in the center of all the tourist attraction, which is a huge advantage if you are willing to be an explorer. The hotel is surrounded by great shops and places to eat. We found getting to the city center my metro or by bike to be really easy. Hotel is clean and modern. The staff was outstanding. Our room was small but very clean and had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Bed, pillows and linen are dreamy. The hotel has a really nice deck, which is fun with the good weather. Also, the hotel and the neighborhood are very quiet. Breakfast was so good, with homemade treats and personalized attention. We are coming back!

The hotel is so cute and in a great location. We were bummed because the terrace hot tub is the only reason I brought a bathing suit for my four week trip and, upon check in, we were told to use it whenever we want, however when we went out to use it, it was cold. We mentioned this to staff and they said they didn't have the key to adjust the temperature and they'd try to get it fixed. The hot tub was not hot for any of our three nights. It was also weird that I received WhatsApp messages upon check-in and was asked if we needed anything and when I replied that we could use some extra pillows, the message went unread. We did get extra pillows eventually but why message and ask questions if you don't actually have anyone reading responses. It it still a beautiful and well-located hotel.
