We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. It was very clean, well kept, and in a perfect location—everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible.The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in, and any additional needs were handled quickly. We even requested extra towels during our stay, and they were brought promptly, which we really appreciated.We were especially grateful to be able to check in early after a long journey—it made our arrival so much smoother. Throughout our stay, Checkmyguest was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.A couple of small notes that future guests may find helpful: communication between BelVilla and Checkmyguest can be a bit confusing at times, so it’s worth confirming details with both if needed. Also, be sure to use the “boost” button on the hot water heaters before showering to ensure you have plenty of hot water.We also arranged a late check-out, which Checkmyguest confirmed and honored—something we really appreciated, even though the confirmation messaging between platforms wasn’t perfectly clear.Lastly, I did accidentally leave a coat behind and, despite reaching out quickly, haven’t been able to recover it—but this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience.Overall, a wonderful stay in a great apartment with a very helpful support team. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt und können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und in perfekter Lage – alles, was wir sehen und unternehmen wollten, war bequem zu erreichen. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir uns schnell einleben konnten. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Wir baten sogar um zusätzliche Handtücher, die uns prompt gebracht wurden, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Besonders dankbar waren wir für den frühen Check-in nach unserer langen Reise – das hat unsere Ankunft deutlich erleichtert. Checkmyguest war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Unterstützung benötigten. Ein paar kleine Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste: Die Kommunikation zwischen BelVilla und Checkmyguest kann manchmal etwas verwirrend sein. Daher empfiehlt es sich, Details gegebenenfalls mit beiden abzuklären. Außerdem sollten Sie vor dem Duschen unbedingt die „Boost“-Taste am Warmwasserbereiter benutzen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie ausreichend heißes Wasser haben. Wir hatten außerdem einen späten Check-out vereinbart, den Checkmyguest bestätigte und auch einhielt – etwas, das wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, auch wenn die Bestätigungsnachrichten zwischen den Plattformen nicht ganz eindeutig waren. Schließlich habe ich versehentlich einen Mantel zurückgelassen und konnte ihn trotz sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme nicht wiederfinden – was aber den ansonsten fantastischen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigte. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Support-Team. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten!
