We had not realised there was no lift. We were on the 4th floor with medium size suitcases. I had a shoulder injury and couldn't carry my case up 4 floors. My husband had to carry them both. One of the owners carried my case down when we left. For this reason only I wouldn't book this place again.

Horrible. I booked based on the clean new glass building featured in the cover photo of the hotel listing. It was a last minute booking which I did quickly and was also non refundable as it was for the same day. When I saw which property it was I was horrified but entered anyway in a state of disbelief. I walked into what looked like a bad cheap living room where a man in a white sleeveless tshirt sat in a lazyboy watching tv behind a half open curtain beside a small check in desk. The whole place was in the style of cheap roadside motel. The man got up, belly showing, and started the check in. I was numb but after paying the tax de sejour I realized I had to go elsewhere. I told the man I would not be taking the room which upset him and but I told him I was just going to leave and left. I quickly found another hotel nearby which was marginally better but at least felt safe. I contacted Expedia to request a refund but the hotel denied the refund request, and since I hadn’t taken photos of the big bellied sweaty man in his lazyboy they wouldn’t make an exception based on my experience. So here it is for you to judge for yourself. Definitely not the nice new shiny building they advertise. Not anywhere close.

Pas de petit déjeuner possible car la machine... était en panne. Chambre tout en haut, difficile à atteindre pour des gens qui ont des difficultés de mobilité car l'escalier est vraiement raide. Réservation faite très tard et au dernier moment à cause de la grève surprise de la SNCF. Personnel très sympa.

Bonjour, j'ai déjà répondu au descriptif de l'hôtel et de ma chambre sur le questionnaire envoyé à mon arrivée dans l'hôtel. 4ème sans ascenseur (ancien hôtel de passe à mon avis) propreté douteuse, joints noirs dans la salle de bain et cloques d'infiltration au plafond. Pour 180€ !!!!

hôtel bien situé, propre. Mais ce n'est pas l'hôtel cosy ni confortable que j'imaginais à plus de 120 € la nuit (sans petit déjeuner). Vieillot. Chambre petite. Au 4ème étage sans ascenceur. Pour finir, l'accueil ne me fournit pas de facture de la chambre et semble ne aps apprécier que je sois passer par hotel.com pour réserver ma chambre.
