location décevante

appartement agréable aux premier abord mais vite décevant, par manque d entretien, peu de considération de la personne sensé prendre en compte les anomalies. pas de cable tv, pas de plateau micro onde, pas de detecteur fumée operationnel, pas de grille hote de cuisine, refrigerateur fonctin mal, bouchon lavabo salle de bain cassé, tirroir salle de bain cassé, joint douche encrassé, cela fait beaucoup, mais le plus fort des cafarts dans l appartement, je souhaite un geste commercial pour toutes ces malfacons qui m ont empeché de profiter de ma location, cdlt

Paris ist wunderschön, wir würden jetzt im Nachhinein einen anderen Bezirk für unseren Aufenthalt wählen. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen nicht mehr der Realitäten. Einiges war kaputt. Einen sicheren Parkplatz vor der Tür zu finden war sehr schwer.

Le Colbert "Logement correspondant aux photos sur l’annonce. Propre de nettoyage joliment rénové mais un peu usée par les locations précédentes (mobilier siège fauteuils). Literie neuve et très confortable et linge de lit digne d’un hôtel. Situé au dernier et 4eme étages d’une résidence nous étions 4 sur le même pallier de ce fait le bruit généré par les voisins est audible. Le logement est accessible par Boite à clé autonome mais la boîte à clé malgré les bonnes explications se trouve dans le noir selon l’horaire et obligation d’utiliser le flash du téléphone pour taper le code. Cela a été notifié au propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement pour ça proximité avec le tram T1 même pas 1 min à pied qui vous amènera a 3 station du terminus du métro de la ligne 5."
