    Discover this superb apartment with a large terrace, air conditioning, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the 3rd arrondissement in the heart of Paris, in the prestigious district of the Marais.



    This building is old and full of history. The apartment and condominium were renovated in 2022 to bring a design and modern look to the whole.



    The Space:

    This luxurious apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 travelers.



    The property is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). All rooms have air conditioning.



    In the living room, you will enjoy direct access and a view of the large terrace. On it we have installed a large garden table that can accommodate 6 people.

    The open kitchen in the living room. It is composed of a solid wood table that can accommodate 6 guests.

    The relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and TV is in the middle of the living room.

    You will appreciate the period beams throughout the living room.



    In the kitchen you will find all the items you need to prepare good meals!







    In the first bedroom with the green headboard you will find an office and an en suite bathroom.



    In the second bedroom with yellow headboard you will find an office and direct access to the large terrace.



    In the third bedroom, you will also have direct access to the terrace.



    You will find in the entrance a separate toilet.



    We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels as well as shampoos and soaps.



    We are delighted to welcome you and remain at your disposal.



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the whole apartment and the terrace.

    The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment was almost exactly as shown online. There is however currently a massive advertisement across from the apartment that has extremely bright lights which came into the bedrooms at night ( see photos). The entire building is under construction there was white dust
