  • Exceptional Location : Rue de Rennes (corner with rue du Vieux Colombier).
    The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
    Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . As I travel a lot, please confirm availability before booking.The entrance door is equipped with a keypad and security video.

Absolutely the best location. Steps from bus and metro lines. Superb shopping and restaurants. Charm of Old Paris. Kitchen is well stocked if you choose to eat in and dining area and sitting room comfortable to relax after a day of experiencing the great city of Paris. Would reserve again without hesitation.

Wonderful property. Amazing location. Great host. The one thing I would mention is the floors are hard wood and very squeaky so it’s hard not to make noise when walking around. The neighbors below knocked on our door because our footsteps were loud even though we were being as quiet as possible. That was a little stressful. Otherwise, everything was great!

This flat is located in a great neighborhood in the 6th arrondissement near restaurants (2 located across the street) and a Paris metro stop. Many sites are within walking distance. The apartment is quite sizeable and comfortable with two generous bedrooms, a separate bathroom with a shower and bathroom with a toilet. Expansive storage, a nicely stocked kitchen, and comfortable dining and sitting areas. A great end-to-end experience.

The apartment is lovely, very quiet in a great area with lots of shops and cafes. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for cooking. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and the bathroom is modern. Beautiful hardwood floors and moldings. Really enjoyed our stay.

My sisters and I recently stayed in Paris for 3 days. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is in a great location and quieter than the tourist hot spots. Our communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.
