I stayed here for one night and my experience was very pleasant. Quick and easy check in and out staff spoke English and were very helpful. Hôtel was very clean, modern and beautiful. Subway station was across the street so super easy to get around! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and generous portions. The pool area was also lovely and added to the overall experience. The only frustrating part was the reservation process beforehand. As a family traveling with two kids, the main downside for us was the location. Although there is a subway station nearby, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe or offer much to do. Overall, it’s a great, clean hotel with nice amenities, but the location may not be ideal for families!!

A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG.

I think the roof-top bar gives you such a panoramic view of the city, simply breath-taking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very good. Room cleaning was interesting insofar as they do a basic cleaning but did not make the beds daily Kind of hit or miss. The outside area is typical Paris walk 5 meters away from the building and it is a little worn-out. But, that is due to the neighborhood is under redevelopment. Overall great location and stay.

Amazing hotel. Good service. Clean rooms. The family suite is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and a nice huge variety. No regular ground coffee. Just expresso’s, Cappuccino’s Americano’s and other coffee drinks and teas. But it was all good. Nice rooftop and bars.

The room was clean and modern with nice wooden floors. The metro station is one minute from the hotel and the train station is 15 minutes away by foot. The lobby staff are always busy because of a constant inflow of guests. However, they speak English and the check-in is easy once you get there. There are a pharmacy, supermarket, and laundry very close to the hotel. It takes about 20-30 minutes from hotel to get to the touristy sites. Nevertheless, I think this is a great place to stay for the price for those willing to work a little to get to the heart of Paris. The air conditioning works well, particularly in the recent awful heatwave.

Well where do I start with this truly amazing place. Absolutely stunning, elegant and classy, yet so much cheaper than expected. The beautiful view from the room, we was on floor 22, and was able to see the Eiffel Tower , the room was so bright and clean , the beds were very comfortable, I loved the little uniqueness to the lifts using your room pass scan it at the lift and it takes you straight to your floor, we had dinner in the restaurant good sized portions that tasted amazing, breakfast so much choice , all staff were friendly, so much more to say, will definitely visit again and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Convenient though not centrally localed. Very great staff like at the breakfast room, I couldn’t eat much and the attending staff were so kind to offer a continental breakfast at a lower price. Out of the box service. Reception was always crowded & took time to clear the guests. Security not consistent cos there was a strange lady who wanted to go upstairs but didn’t seem to be a guest. I refused to tap my card to give her access. There was no security checking on her.. May need to employ more chamber staff cos though I didn’t expect daily room cleaning, some stuff were not tidied considering I did some packing up each morning.

We stay en may, two people for three nights. The location is excellent, with a metro stop right in front and just 15 minutes from the city center. The hotel is new, and the views from the terrace over the city and the Eiffel Tower are spectacular at sunset. The pool is a plus on hot days note that you need to make a reservation to use it, as only one hour per room is allowed. We were satisfied with the varied breakfast and the cleanliness and comfort room. The service from the reception staff could be improved, especially during check-in; it took us a long time to get into the room, and we were unable to make it to the dinner reservation we had. The lobby is very beautiful but I would only change the waiting sofas; that detail would greatly elevate the space, as the current ones reduce its elegance, appearance, and comfort. Overall, we recommend it and would book it again.

You get what you pay for. Staff overall is good. The layout of the room is off- the actual toilet has it’s own room. I think it’s a bit off that the shower and bathroom sink is right next to your bed. There are a few places in Paris that are layout like that but I didn’t think hotels will do that do. My room didn’t have a mini fridge which was a bummer. I like keeping my drinks cold.
