It has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (160x200), private bathroom and toilets. The living room has an open kitchen with all equipments (dishwasher, washing machine, cooking plate, micro wave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) and a convertible sofa for 2 people + a dining space for 6 guests. It was smaller than we anticipated based on the website, and the only drawback was that the shower in one of the rooms was a bit too small.This apartment is a good choice if your travel plans don't include preparing meals, as the space may feel limited for that purpose. While it can technically accommodate up to six people, I would recommend it for two couples for optimal comfort.The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. The location is spot on, easy to get to and in an area with endless bars, restaurants and shops. We were walking distance from the Louvre and Notre Dame. We even had a great walk to the Eifel Tower and the Stade de France! (I would not recommend the walk to the stadion though, you go through some really questionable neighbourhoods) The property faces this quint passage and is dead quiet on a Sunday. Very good spot indeed. As with every Paris propery- the stairs are fun with luggage! Not for older people. ##### Innis C. Walking distance to the Louvre museum. Very close to the tube. If you are traveling with a family. This rental has two bathrooms. They are located in the first floor bedroom and the third floor bedroom. So it would work great for two couples. A little difficult for a family as the top bathroom shower does not have a door in the bedroom. The sitting area has a pull out bed. When the bed is pulled out their is no room left in the room. The bed will need to be put away every day to create a very small sitting area. The location is in a shopping mall that cooks food so you sometimes have a little bit of a food smell. Excellent communication from host with comprehensive pre check information provided via a link. Even messaged to check in case of any flood damage with heavy rain we experienced during our stay. Download/screenshot the codes ahead of trip. Phone signal poor in the area or head out into the street to pick up the information. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes right on your doorstep - very much spoilt for choice. Apartment is compact - to be expected for the area. I didn't realise how tight and narrow the stairs would be. Tight on space for the four of us. No issue with noise - perhaps at busier times of the year and the shopping arcade closed around 8pm. This was our first experience renting through Vrbo and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location - easy to walk or take the Metro to many sites around Paris. There was adequate room for a family of four. We never felt cramped. The upstairs room, where our oldest son slept, was warm so take that into consideration if traveling during the summer. There were fans to use in the apartment to help cool the air a bit. Stairs are steep so be mindful. Everything was very quiet in the evening and we were not disrupted at all by any noise while sleeping. The fact that this is located inside a building gives an extra sense of security. The Monoprix was within a very short distance and allowed us to get drinks/snacks without having to travel far. There are a number of great restaurants and street food sources very close by. Communication with the owner was smooth and they were patient with my numerous questions leading up to our trip. Check-in was easy as well. It is a great location for visiting the tourist spots, and the passage itself had some unique shops and eateries. Short walk to multiple Metro lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. With the Passage closed to the public at night, it also makes for a very quiet stay! As others have mentioned, the stairs are definitely steep, but fine for our family with teens. ##### Brian D. Great location and adorable place. One thing to note, the upstairs shower is a bit tight when you have the water on due to the handle needing to come out when the water is on and also there is no light over the sink in that bathroom. Florian was a wonderful host and very helpful. It was so close to the metro and a lot of the popular spots in Paris. We loved the Passage Choiseul in which our flat was located.
