This former embroidery workshop that worked for the biggest French haute couture brands has been entirely converted into a luxurious apartment that can accommodate up to 13 guests.



The 92m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor, and consists of a large living room with an open kitchen

4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, and 1 additional bathroom with toilet.



In order to welcome you in the best possible health conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected

Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with Afnor standard masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and soap.



We offer FREE access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.

The common areas are clean but in poor condition



We are happy to inform you that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.



ATTENTION: parties are strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate termination without compensation and on the spot. No noise tolerated.



For any reservation during New Year's Eve, a deposit of 1500 euros will be required
