    The cleaning service includes fresh sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaners.

This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had. We didn't receive check-in information, apparently due to a technical glitch. We called and emailed the Host many times after arriving in Paris, but got no response, so we were stuck! It took us 2 hours to get the information through Expedia. We were there during the work week and needed WIFI, but the info they gave us was wrong. The Host didn't get back to us until the next afternoon, well into our workday, with the correct WiFi. It was such a pain! The apartment and building are quite nice and clean, and the area felt safe. But the apartment is more of a basement box than an airy Parisian apartment. There is no natural light, so know that before you go. It had most necessities, but I couldn't find silverware anywhere. The worst part is communication with the Host. If anything goes wrong, you're really. in a bad situation because they do not get back to you until the next day, if at all. We never heard back from them on the access codes. We also asked if we could check out at 10:45 AM instead of 10 AM, and they never replied...given everything else that went wrong, we were hoping they'd agree. So I was ready to leave at 10 AM, but at about 9:50 AM, when I was still in the bathroom, I heard noises, and the cleaning crew had let themselves in before I was ready. Truly a very bad experience at this place. It seems like a busy management company runs it..and they simply don't care about guests.
