Good stay a bit far from the city

This was my first time with this chain and I really enjoyed it! So much so that I booked twice more. As a solo female it was just what I needed - a clean, safe, simple and affordable room. It was perfect for me! The only thing was the distance from the city - I believe this was in zone 3 which costs a bit more to travel by public transportation.

Disappointing

The landscape and interior of the hotel doesn’t correlate with what’s displayed on the website. Located on a main, busy road with no connections to Paris. I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area and would not recommend that anyone should go outside of a night. The saving grace were the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed

The room was according to expectations yet when the time came to take a shower, the head of the shower almost fell on my head. Had I not paid attention, I would have sustained injuries. The morning after at checkout, I did mention it to the reception desk. I was told that they were not compelled to believe me. That morning, I had to leave to my business meeting barely having been able to take a proper shower, in a sweaty and hot day. I asked for reimbursement since an essential part of the stay had not been fulfilled, buit was told that this was not going to be possible.

L’hôtel vaut son prix. Le parking est appréciable. Deuxième expérience ici et même constat : la dame de l’accueil (+de 40 ans et accent d’Europe de l’Est) est pas aimable et agressive en plus de ne rien comprendre. Bruit toute la nuit. La douche alterne entre brûlure et gel et le pommeau est mal orienté. Lits pas confortables
