The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent, in the commune of Stains, this 35 m² flat that can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :  
\- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and study area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Stains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
