  • 33 sqm apartment with one bedroom on the ground floor overlooking a charming quiet courtyard, close to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower The living room: sofa bed, coffee table, HD TV, high-speed WIFI/Internet connection, audio system, storage. The living room overlooks a courtyard through two windows. The kitchen: open, it is equipped with a microwave oven, a 2-burner hob, fridge, extractor hood, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine dryer, and everything you need for cooking . The dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom: equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a large dressing room. Lit in the second day by a glass roof. The bathroom: with shower and sink, hair dryer and WC. The apartment is rented with household linen (towels and sheets). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





    The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
