33 sqm apartment with one bedroom on the ground floor overlooking a charming quiet courtyard, close to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower The living room: sofa bed, coffee table, HD TV, high-speed WIFI/Internet connection, audio system, storage. The living room overlooks a courtyard through two windows. The kitchen: open, it is equipped with a microwave oven, a 2-burner hob, fridge, extractor hood, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine dryer, and everything you need for cooking . The dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom: equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a large dressing room. Lit in the second day by a glass roof. The bathroom: with shower and sink, hair dryer and WC. The apartment is rented with household linen (towels and sheets). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Great apartment in brilliant location!

This is one of the more spacious apartments we have stayed in in Paris, although with a small but compact bathroom (no separate toilet as advertised). There’s heaps of storage space,and all the appliances are new and modern. It is a very liveable apartment. The best thing however is the location - in the heart of the 7th and surrounded by multiple eateries. The fabulous Rue Cler runs off the street just minutes away. We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and the location!

Great location and great apartment

Stayed for 4 nights and picked apartment to be near metro stop and rue Cler. Great for that. Bed comfortable. Apartment clean and quiet. Close to wonderful patisserie. Only wish is for on site instruction manual for the appliances and heat.Too much complexity on too many appliances to absorb all the instructions. from the nice lady who greeted us!
