-This property is available for rent under two different lease options depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.

1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, volunteer service as part of a civic service programme, job transfer, or temporary assignment related to their professional activity.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding a total of 10 months).
Proof of your status will be required before signing.
A “mobility lease” is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Common Law Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is conducted under a common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.


-Lost or forgotten keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveller is at fault, the traveller will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Items Left Behind
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveller requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
