It is through, 3 French windows and a window in the bathroom, open on each side on two small terraces (about 10 m2 each) with trees and flowers and furnished for dining or resting. In the kitchen cupboards there is a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle. Facing the kitchen, separated from a workshop canopy, partially opaque, the bathroom tiled with traditional terracotta tiles is composed of a large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. A wardrobe, and many cupboards, are at your disposal, (except the two very tall kitchen side) and even a shoe storage under the step! 10 mins walk from the Daguerre district Travelers access Travelers have access to all parts of the accommodation. Exchanges with travelers I will welcome you with great pleasure, and will be available for any practical and tourist inquiries. The traveler can contact me during his stay without hesitation. The neighborhood is family-friendly, all shops, cinema, markets. As soon as you pass the porte cochère, after an original tiled vestibule, you enter a garden. You are in the countryside far from the bustle of the city. The birds sing. The house is an old Parisian shower bath, full of charm. The district The neighborhood is family friendly, and very safe with all the local shops. transport network Several metro lines (Alésia, Plaisance, Pernety, Mouton Duvernet, Denfert Rochereau). The Alesia metro station is 5 minutes away on foot and serves other Saint Germain des Prés (13 minutes) Odéon, St Michel, Chatelet, Les Halles, several buses also serve these places but also Sèvres Babylone (Le Bon Marché), the museum of 'Orsay, the Louvre, the Museum of Decorative Arts, Opera, Center Georges Pompidou, .... The location was one of the best parts! It’s so close to two great metro lines that will take you to all the major attractions. There are wonderful restaurants that are affordable near the property. The space was very clean and the host was wonderful for the check in process! It's close to the Alesia metro stop as well as many bus lines. Steps from the apartment are a boulangerie, a park, grocery store, a hardware store, a pharmacy as well as boutique clothing stores and restaurants. Paris living at it's best! After long days of sightseeing and walking around Paris, it was wonderful to have a cozy retreat where I could make a cup of tea and drink it in the outdoor secluded garden. The host has taken great care in decorating the apartment with great art, comfortable pillows, and niceties like Paris guidebooks. The two front and rear terraces are lush with plants and are useful ways to extend the living space and provide places for relaxation.
