The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift of a secure residence, friendly and friendly neighbors.

Quiet and crossing, the 58 m2 apartment benefits from a beautiful luminosity. It consists of an open and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a bright first bedroom without vis-à-vis, a workshop that can be used as a secondary bedroom (160x200m bed) or an office to work and a small charming and comfortable bathroom with its bathtub.

- We love pets, but they are not welcome in the apartment.

- The kitchen is fully equipped: equipment and basic ingredients for cooking. You are free to use them... Please replace them if necessary for future travellers.

- No parties, large family meals or student evenings.

- No noise after 10pm.

- Remember to always turn off lights and heaters when you leave the apartment.
