    Living room: sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), dining table with two chairs, portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom during hot weather), large fan. Second sleeping option available.



    Bedroom: double bed (140 x 200 cm) with hybrid mattress, storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming, desk. Bed linen provided.



    Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster.



    Bathroom: large shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, fast washing machine, hair dryer. Towels included.



    Separate WC with window.



    Check-in: self check-in via key box, instructions sent before arrival. Flexible hours subject to availability. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.



    Neighborhood: Batignolles is one of Paris’s most charming areas, near the park, with markets, cafés, restaurants, independent shops, and a village atmosphere.

Owner available and accommodating. Great location and clean but modest unit. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Toilette in a closet, can't close door.

Pros: Top Lage. Restaurants und Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Auch die Metro Stationen sind höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt. Im Appartement war alles da für den täglichen Gebrauch-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher. Der Gastgeber war beim Check-in anwesend, ist sehr freundlich, hat uns kurz in alles eingeführt. Cons: Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem. Soll laut Gastgeber aber demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Pros: Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances (dont la soirée de Noël) dans cet appartement sous le toit et c'était un très bon choix : il est assez grand, bien équipé, bien situé et bien chauffé (ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein hiver). Les hôtes sont accueillants et joignables en cas de questions, le voisinage est très correct, le tout dans un bel immeuble ancien pas loin de métro, des commerces et des quartiers touristiques.
