     Very spacious one-bedroom apartment (59 sq m) in the upper Marais district on the 5th floor (no elevator), with a 6 sq m balcony. Beautiful light and stunning views:                 





    • Large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary cooking utensils.





    • Large living room with a sofa and a sofa bed for two, coffee table, armchair, HD TV, and internet access. Fireplace. Desk. Opening onto the balcony.





    • Dining area with table and 4 chairs





    • Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and dressing room. Window overlooking the courtyard





    • Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer.





    • Toilet. Linens are provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





    Please note: - Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 pm and 8 pm. Between 8 pm and 10 pm, there is a €35 surcharge. Between 10 pm and midnight, there is a €50 surcharge. - For arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, there is a €35 surcharge.
